Hi, I’m Harper.

About Me.

I’ve always been someone who values creativity, connection, and helping others feel seen. Growing up, I had a deep love for art, teaching, and supporting the people around me — and those passions have stayed at the heart of everything I do. I believe in the power of kindness, honest conversations, and creating spaces where people can show up exactly as they are.

I’m so glad you’re here!

My journey into recovery coaching grew from both my personal and professional experiences. In my young adulthood, I faced my own challenges with food and body image, which shaped how I view healing today. Over time, I’ve learned that recovery isn’t about erasing the past — it’s about building a stronger, more peaceful relationship with yourself and reclaiming the life you want to live. That perspective allows me to support others with empathy, understanding, and hope for what’s possible.

Professionally, I have a degree in Psychology and have spent 3 years working with individuals through mentoring and public speaking. I am currently practicing as an intern with the Carolyn Costin Institute. My training with CCI equips me to combine practical tools with lived understanding, creating a coaching approach that is both compassionate and actionable.
