More About My Coaching Practice
Recovery coaching offers hands-on, day-to-day support that compliments the meaningful work happening in therapy and nutrition sessions. While clients are exploring deeper patterns, healing relationships with food and body, and setting goals with their providers, my role is to walk alongside them as they practice those goals in real time.
I work collaboratively with treatment teams (with client consent) to reinforce therapeutic goals, communicate relevant updates, and support consistency in recovery. For clients, this often looks like meal support, preparing for exposures, processing real-time triggers, building routines, and strengthening relapse-prevention skills. For providers, it means having an additional layer of support that helps increase accountability and reduce the overwhelm that can arise between sessions.
My approach is compassionate, structured, and client-centered. I focus on reducing shame, building self-trust, and empowering clients to take an active role in their recovery while feeling supported every step of the way.
