Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, reaching out for a loved one, or referring a client, you’re welcome to get in touch. Share a little about what brings you here, and I’ll follow up personally to arrange a consultation.
The consultation gives us a chance to discuss your needs, answer questions, and explore whether eating disorder recovery coaching is a good fit.
What to Expect NextWhat Happens After You Reach Out?
I’ll follow up by email to arrange a consultation over Zoom or by phone. We’ll discuss the support you’re looking for and whether my approach and availability fit your needs.
If we decide to work together, I’ll send the paperwork for you to review and sign before your first appointment. Your first appointment is a paid intake session, where we’ll explore your recovery history, current challenges, and goals.
