When putting recovery into practice feels hard, you deserve support. Recovery coaching helps you navigate meals, body image challenges, and everyday moments with encouragement, accountability, and someone alongside you.
Eating Disorder Recovery Coaching for Individuals Ready to Take Control of their Life.
Build Confidence Putting Recovery in Everyday Practice
You know what recovery asks of you. Doing it alone can feel different.
You might leave an appointment feeling hopeful, then find yourself overwhelmed by the next meal, a grocery trip, or dinner with friends. Wanting things to change and feeling afraid of that change can exist at the same time.
Together, we’ll work toward more freedom around food, more confidence navigating difficult moments, and more space for the people and experiences that matter to you. One manageable step at a time.
What is Eating Disorder Recovery Coaching
Recovery coaching helps you put the tools from treatment into practice in your everyday life. That might mean sharing a meal, practicing a recovery skill, or working through a moment when eating disorder thoughts feel especially loud.
I work alongside your treatment team, offering practical support and accountability that complement your medical, psychological, and dietary care.
Personalized Support for Meals, Body Image & Recovery Skills
Individual Eating Disorder Recovery Coaching
Our work together is shaped by where you are, what feels challenging, and the goals you want support moving toward. Coaching can include meal and snack support, body image conversations, recovery skill building, and practicing situations like grocery shopping or eating at a restaurant. When helpful, we can also involve family or caregivers and connect with your treatment team.
Virtual sessions and in-person support in Dallas give us different ways to bring recovery into the moments where you need it.
Hi I’m Harper,
Certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach
My own experience with an eating disorder is part of what brought me to this work. I understand how vulnerable it can feel to ask for support, especially when part of you wants change and another part feels unsure.
As an eating disorder recovery coach certified through the Carolyn Costin Institute, I bring warmth, curiosity, and practical encouragement to our work together. I’ll get to know you beyond the eating disorder and help you take steps toward a life that reflects what matters to you.
The Values Behind My Recovery Coaching Approach
Warmth
You can bring the hard days, mixed feelings, and small wins. I aim to make our sessions a welcoming place where you can speak openly and feel heard.
Trust
Trust grows through consistency, clear expectations, and honest conversations. We’ll take time to build a relationship where you feel comfortable asking questions and reaching out for support.
Collaboration
You have a voice in our work together. We’ll shape coaching around your goals and collaborate with your treatment team so your support stays connected.
Genuineness
I bring my personality, curiosity, and care to our conversations. I want you to feel comfortable showing up as yourself, too, without needing to make your experience sound easier than it is.
Integrity
I’m clear about my role, communication boundaries, and what coaching can offer. That includes recognizing when your needs call for support beyond the scope of recovery coaching.
Empowerment
I’ll support you in practicing skills and making choices that align with your recovery goals. Our work is about helping you build confidence taking an active role in your own recovery.
